Early Risers and Breakfast Session 7:45AM - 9:45AM: $50.00
(The cost for this session includes breakfast and 2 CME hours).

Lunch and Learn Session 11:45AM - 1:45PM: $50.00
(The cost for this session includes lunch and 2 CME hours).


If registering additional delegates on the same form, all delegates must be from the same address/location.

Step 4 - Terms of Service
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you request a cancellation up to 5 days before the event, a refund will be issued, less a processing fee. Cancellation must be received in writing at the BCPMA office. Please note all refunds will be processed after the event has been completed. No refunds will be granted after the 5 days, or for non-attendance at the conference.
